Lessons learned. (1) Estimates of data are unreliable. (2) It takes time, sometimes a long time, to really understand a workflow in all its complexity from the end-user's perspective, and the implications of a workflow for an archival solution.
Next steps. In February and July, 2012, meetings were held to discuss the future of the University of Chicago's participation after the MOU expires at the end of 2013. There will be costs associated with continued operation. Various options were sketched. Discussions will continue.
