Digital Repository Workflow: Chicago Unbound

1 Download
A link to download the Chicago Unbound archive arrives quarterly to repository@lib.uchicago.edu The link will expire after two weeks, so it is essential to download as soon as possible.
2 Transfer
Move the Chicago Unbound archive to a staging location, and unzip the files.
3 Accession
Once the files are unzipped, accession to the LDR following the workflow for all accessions.
4 Copy
Also copy the unzipped files to \\monsoon\Law\ChicagoUnbound\archives_from_BEPress so that they are available to Law staff.
5 Notify
Send an email to law staff Margaret Schilt and Thomas Drueke (mduczyns at uchicago.edu; tndrueke at uchicago.edu) to let them know that the most recent version is available on monsoon.
